Refund policy
We want you to love SeatSnugz but if you need to make a return they will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in original condition; unworn with tags attached. It takes 7-10 business days for the refund to be issued back to the original method of payment used once received at the warehouse. You will be notified via email once the return has been processed, and $5 will automatically be deducted from your refund amount for the label.
To begin your return, please email info@seatsnugz.com. You will be emailed a USPS return label and SeatSnugz invoice to include in your return package. Seal the invoice inside the package, and place the label on the outside. Lastly, take it to any USPS location to send it back.
